摘要:
为提高桥塞工具坐封的可靠性,研究一种桥塞复合火药。通过实验确定了复合火药的配方,用密闭爆发器测试火药的压力;对火药用差示扫描量热法(DSC)和DTATG联用进行热分析;对复合火药进行点火可靠性和耐热性能试验。实验结果表明,火药燃烧残渣率约20%,在p-t曲线上燃烧时间为70 s,峰值压力为105 MPa,火药耐温120 ℃/72 h。油田实际应用表明,该火药是一种低燃速、低残渣率、耐温和燃烧性能良好的复合火药。
Abstract:
The bridge plug composite powder is investigated in order to improve reliability of bridge plug tool.The formulations of the composite powder are designed based on test researches.The closed bomb is used to obtain the pressure of the composite powder.The thermal decomposition processes of the powder are studied by DSC and DTATG at heating rate of 10 K/min. At the same time, the heat resistance performance and reliability of ignition is tested. The results show that the burning residue is 20%. The peak pressure is 105 MPa and burning time is 70 s on p-t curves. The heat resistance is 120 ℃/72 h. Practical application in oilfields shows that it is a better composition powder with slow velocity, low residue and high temperature resistance.
