摘要:
通过实验模拟的方法对多功能超声成像测井仪套损检测的实验测量效果进行了分析。在实验室自制了超声波成像测井仪的套损检测系统,用于测量套管的裂缝、孔洞及厚度。多功能超声成像测井仪采用中心频率为380 kHz的聚焦探头,可以检测到宽度为2 mm的裂缝;采用250、350、450 kHz等3种不同频率平面探头组合方式可测量的套管厚度范围为5~16 mm,可检测到最小直径为5 mm的孔洞。实验测量结果验证了仪器套损检测的功能水平,对该仪器的研制及现场实际应用均具有重要意义。
Abstract:
Analyzed are the measurement results on casing damage detection by experimental modeling method. The detection system of multifunctional ultrasonic imaging logging tool is selfmade in laboratory. Fractures, perforations and thick of casing are measured by this system. The experimental results show that the tool can detect fractures about 2 mm width with focus transducer with 380 kHz center frequency. Three different frequency plane transducers with center frequencies being 250 kHz, 350 kHz and 450 kHz are used together to detect the casing thickness from 5 mm to 16 mm. The transducer can inspect the minimum diameter perforations of 5 mm. The above results verified the function of casing inspection which is important to development and field applications of the tool.
