摘要:
磁测应力方法是一种可以直接测得钢套管内壁应力分布的新技术。磁测应力信息能够解释套损危险程度和水驱力的方向;套损危险程度与应力检测仪器的信号幅度和发生信号异常的极板数量成正比;应力信号的极性代表套管被挤压或拉伸方向,应力值与信号幅度成正比;由6个极板测量的数据信息构成的平面矢量图对解释分析套管受力方向及其相对大小具有实际意义。根据工程需要提出了视应力值的概念,应当从理论和实验2个方面探索磁测应力仪器的刻度方法,这对该项技术发展完善很重要。
Abstract:
Magnetismstress logging is a new technology which can directly measure stressdistribution of steel casing. The log data can be used to estimate degree of casing damages and direction of waterflood pressure. The degree of casing damage is in direct proportion to the signal amplitude of the MSTⅡcasing stress detector and numbers of polar plates with abnormal signals. The polarity of the stress signal indicates the extruded or stretched direction of the casings. The stress value is directy proportional to the signal amplitude. The plane vector chart with 6 polar plate measuring data may be used to interprete the degree of the casing damages. Imaging processing of the magnetismstress logs is a new trend. Calibration methods will be studied in theories and with experiments. A new concept of apparent stress is suggested here.
