摘要:
介绍了多级增效射孔技术原理,以及下挂式和外套式2种多级脉冲增效射孔器产品结构。给出了多级脉冲增效射孔枪内装药量和二级增效火药量的参考计算公式,在参考了欧文公司和中原油田一体式增效射孔数据和经验的基础上,确定出产品的点火延迟期。产品耐温160℃,48h;耐压60MPa;点火延迟期≥25ms;峰值压力50~120MPa。该技术可以使新井增产,也可以解除老井油流裂缝的污染。给出了井下试验测试曲线。已申请国家发明专利。
