摘要:
隔离式负压射孔技术是一项新型的射孔完井工艺技术。该技术通过对施工管柱的整体设计和隔离短节、负压阀等关键结构的研制,解决了靠气举掏空套管内压井液或用泵车(人工)向油管内灌注压井液实现负压的方法。利用负压阀通过井筒压力自动实现负压(负压值根据要求设定),可与撞击式或压力式起爆器配套实现油管输送射孔。通过3口井现场应用表明,隔离式负压射孔自动准确实现了负压值,缩短了施工时间,降低了劳动强度。
