摘要:
自从大规模开发页岩气以后,分簇射孔技术就成为页岩气开发最主要的手段。但是分簇射孔施工时,泵送过程控制和参数调整一直是个难题。为此,开发了分簇射孔泵送辅助软件,旨在通过计算机数据可视化技术,使分簇射孔泵送施工能够在有多方位参考量的情况下,进行科学严谨地施工,提高泵送分簇射孔数据的共享性和时效性,使复杂井分簇射孔泵送施工作业更加安全、可靠、高效。目前分簇射孔泵送辅助软件已成功部署在长宁—威远页岩气区块、昭通国家级页岩气示范区、焦石坝区块,初步探索软件工程技术在分簇射孔施工中的应用,为下一步“互联网+射孔”的实施积累了经验。
Abstract:
Since the large-scale development of shale gas, cluster perforation technology has become the most important means of shale gas development. However, in cluster perforation construction, the control of pumping process and the adjustment of construction parameters have always been a difficult problem. Therefore, an auxiliary software for cluster perforation pumping is developed. The purpose of this paper is to make cluster perforation pumping construction scientifically and rigorously under the condition of multi-directional reference through data visualization technology, improve the sharing and timeness of the data of cluster perforation pumping, and make the cluster perforation pumping construction of shower holes in complex wells more safe, reliable and efficient. At present, the auxiliary software for the partition hole pumping has been successfully deployed in Changning-Weiyuan shale gas block, Zhaotong national shale gas demonstration area and Jiaoshiba block. The application of software engineering technology in cluster perforation construction has been initially explored, which has gathered experience for the implementation of the next internet plus perforation.
