摘要:
为确定射孔对套管的损坏影响,应用有限元法对射孔后套管结构进行理论计算,得出射孔后套管强度比射孔前平均下降20%左右的结论。为进行进一步研究和验证理论计算的准确性,进行了现场试验,对射孔前后孔眼周围厚度的变化、孔眼丢失面积、套管质量变化、套管硬度和密度变化、弯曲度等方面进行了现场模拟,并对试验结果进行了详细分析。射孔后孔眼周围厚度明显增加,平均突出高度为1mm,加厚位置在孔眼2mm范围内;孔眼的质量损失对套管整体几乎没有影响;每米孔眼丢失面积比为0.017%;射孔后孔眼周围的硬度略有增加。
